Product Feed Won’t Update

    My product feed won’t update. Also, when I set the toggle to ‘Auto-Generate Your Feed’ from ‘No Interval’ to ‘Hourly’ and then save the feed using any of the ‘update’ buttons, it simply reverts to ‘No Interval’. Whatever I do, I can’t seem to store the setting which would enable an hourly generation of the feed.

    WP Cron is enabled and I have also checked that the right hooks are present.

    Hi,

    Can you please tell me if you are having this issue for all of your feeds? Or only for specific feeds?

    Can you please go to your Product Feed Manager >> Settings >> System Status >> Click on the Copy Status button and send the System Status data here?

    Also, can you check if you have any WooCommerce error log? Go to WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs >> Search for the most recent WPFM error log and send this here too (if you find any).

    Let me know.

    I only have one feed running, but I had set up a feed before this one which I have since deleted. It had the same issues, so I thought I’d first try deleting and starting again, but without success it seems.
