    Hi there,

    Our Facebook feed items are not updating properly using Product Feed Pro Plugin.

    A number of items are being rejected because of lack of descriptions ( even though they have them) and images (the same situation- they also have images) or values like brand or gtin, mpn).

    After supplying the missing values and refreshing/updating the feed, the items are still not approved and rejected from the catalogue.

    Any solution would be massively appreciated!

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    After your adding the missing values to your field mapping, did you manually reprocess your feed and did you check if the missing fields were in the feed itself after processing was done?

    When the values were in the feed did you also make sure to manually fetch and reprocess the feed from within your Facebook catalogue?
