Product feed not updating on changed product (FB&IG)

Hello,

I’ve set up a product feed to update my Facebook catalogue via XML file (about 60 woocommerce products). The update from Woocommerce to FB it’s working as scheduled but I’m having issues with updating my feed on the website end.

The website is running on php 7.4 and the latest version of wordpress, woocommerce and product feed pro (free version).

The feed is set to update only when there is change in a product. I’ve been testing it by changing the price of a single product and I can’t get the feed to update to the current product price.

I can manually update the feed using the “Manually refresh the product feed” function on the product feed pro display, but it’s not 100% reliable either because sometimes it just doesn’t work (or it requires many tries).

I also checked the Woocommerce error logs as recommended (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/manually-refresh-product-feed/#post-16344875) but I don’t have any single line of errors comming from Product Feed pro.

1. The product feed URL it concerns;

  I’m testing it with product ID 41948, currently listed on the website for $3999 and displayed in the feed for $3995

Thanks for sharing. I had a look at your debug.log and it shows that your feed last successfully updated on the 4th of January. So I don’t think any of the manual updates you tried last week ever worked?

Can you share the content of your WooCommerce fatal error log of today/yesterday?

Hey,

The manual updates did work, I manually updated the feed several times today. It just doesn’t happen reliably. It also doesn’t happen when I update a product.

Sadly I only have available today’s log, but in it makes no mention to any Product Feed Pro directory or error.
