I’ll be happy to give you access to the file, but I’m not sure how to do that in a safe way. Probably only certain IP addresses have access to the file, but I don’t know your IP address. What would be another safe way to share it?
Thanks! Are you able to access the debug log now?
Hi all,
It indeed turn-out that a very small percentage of our users (you) experienced unexpected problems introduced with the plugin performance tweaks we pushed live in version 12.6.8 of our plugin. We have just pushed out version 12.7.1 that should solve the issue at hand.
Our apologies for this mistake and thanks all for reporting the issue to us, much appreciated!
Hi,
We unfortunately still have the exact same problem..
From what I can see it occurred somewhere between 13th of June and 14th of June. 2023-06-13, 03:00 am, we saw no issues. However, 2023-06-14, 03:00, the issue had occurred for the first time
Hi, to update you again, it seems like it is working now. I will return here if we run into any new problems. Thanks a lot for your help and quick fix. Very impressive that you dealt with it so fast!
All the best to you, have a great weekend!
Hi Martin,
That is a relief, I was already wondering why it wasn’t working for you. Glad it has been solved now.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hi!
We just added new products to the website and already refreshed the data feed on FB several times, but the new items don’t show up in the feed. We already cleared caches as well.
Any idea what this could be?
Hi Tess,
Please provide us with the following:
- Your Facebook feed URL;
- A new version of our debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve your debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
- Some example product ID’s you believe are not in your feed.
Yes, now they are, but they were published the beginning of this evening and usually when we manually refresh the product feed, they’re visible immediately. I don’t understand why it took multiple refreshes and a few hours for them to show up.
Probably still caching, could also be browser holding the cache.
Now there are issues with our feed again. š It says many products have duplicate IDs but they don’t. We receive this notification in FB:
IDs can’t be duplicated.
Anyone else experiencing this issue and how can it be fixed?
