Product Feed Elite Many Duplicates

    Hello,

    We have a problem with our feeds.
    Our feeds create more than 6000 products and they generate many duplacates.
    Plus in many cases, it keeps generating errors. Like right now.
    Could you please assist us?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Usually duplicates are caused by two main reasons:

    • The feed is running into server configuration limitations during the updating of feeds (memory, cpu or execution time). You should be able to find proof of this in your WooCommerce fatal error logs. You could try solving that by lowering the default batch size of our plugin from the default 750 products per batch to a lower number, such as 250
    • We have also seen users experiencing the same issue when they disabled the WP-cron and used an external unix cron. Are you doing that?

    Unfortunately, i got the batch down to 300 and even tho it does not give me errors it still gets a lot of duplicates. Any ideas? No we are not using any external cron. Plus i dont see any fatal errors regarding Product feed ellite

    Try lowering the batch size to 50 to see if it makes any difference

    I did that and while it fixes the problem with the duplicates it gives me quite a lot:

    error on line 2 at column 2365315: Namespace prefix g on the link is not defined
    Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

    I have to regenerate the feed to fix it, BUT i wish this feed to generate hourly and me going to regenerate it kinda defeats the meaning of having automatic works.

    Do you know why the problem above appears?

    Judging from the errors you shared you are using the paid Elite version of our plugin?
