Product Feed Elite: g:price not updating

Created 3 feeds for Google Merchant Center – i will include links following. The original issue is the feeds are reporting a price mismatch (correctly from google perspective). I have tried changing feed to Regular Price, Price inc VAT front end, Regular Price inc VAT front end …. The g:price seems to only populate the price less 10% incorrectly. The prices we enter in our site are ex VAT and then the feed is reducing that value by 10% again.

We have a CDN and in the middle firewall which i have bypassed temporarily and purged the cache for. We have purged the feed cache. We have purged the WP Cache. We have purged the browser cache. i then ran a refresh for each feed … still has price error.

Basically we want the feeds to output price entered in woocommerce + 10% tax as the regular price inc vat front end – this used to work ?

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear something is off with the product prices in your feed. We haven’t made changes to our plugin lately that touches the prices logic so I don’t think this issue is related to an update from our side.

Are you sure you have set up a tax percentage for the country you are creating a product feed for?

For example, see this settings:

We also enter our prices excluding TAX, see for example this product which has a price of EUR 5,32 excluding TAX: https://www.dropbox.com/s/w10enjpqih2m9iv/NL-prod-excl-tax.png?dl=0

We then create a feed for the Netherlands (NL = 23% tax, see first screenshot):

And use this field mapping for Google’s g:price field:

The EUR 6,54 is exactly the EUR 5,32 + 23% TAX.

As you can see this really should work as intended.
