Product feed doesnt show sales prices
-
I’m using TranslatePress and Fox Currency switcher for my website – I tried to create different feeds with different currencies and different languages – everything works fine except the prices. The price field is empty, even when I try to create a feed with Euro currency (which is the shops basic currency). I tried different things and searched for solutions, but couldn’t fi the problem.

Thanks for reaching out and explaining the situation.
To help us identify what’s going wrong, could you please provide:
- The link to the feed you’re trying to generate.
- A screenshot of your Price attribute configuration in the plugin.
Once we have these, we’ll be able to check why the prices aren’t appearing and guide you on the fix.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Hi,
I initially created an API Feed and there is no link to share, as far as I know. Now I switched to the normal Feed option to be able to share a link. Here the link:

Thanks for sharing the feed link and the screenshot — that helps a lot.
To resolve the issue, please make the following changes in the Price attribute:
- In the Suffix field, set the currency to USD.
- In the Output Filter, select “Remove Shortcode and Tags”.
You can follow the exact setup shown in this screenshot:
Screenshot linkAfter applying these changes, please regenerate the feed and check if the prices are now showing correctly on your merchant center.
Let us know how it goes, and we’ll take it from there if needed.

Hi,
thank you for your help. It seems to work, but ony around 30% of my products showing prices, now. Another problem is that the correct USD value is shown but with “€”. Here a screenshot of the merchant center.
https://prnt.sc/M3iTpywDesqzI see your site is using multiple languages and multiple currencies.
For this setup, you need to create separate feeds for each language and each currency, then upload those feeds individually to Google Merchant Center. Using one feed for mixed languages or currencies will cause issues like missing prices or the wrong currency symbol.
You can follow these guides step by step:
Multilingual feeds:
https://rextheme.com/docs/how-to-generate-product-feed-with-wpml/Multi-currency feeds:
https://rextheme.com/docs/how-to-convert-product-feed-price-with-wpml-wcml/After creating separate feeds and regenerating them, the price and currency issues should be resolved.
Let me know if you need any more help setting this up.
Best Regards,
Hi,
the screen shot from my merchant center was only showing the products from the feed in English with USD, which I have created with your help. I was planning to do that for each language and currency seperately, that is not the issue. I first wanted to try and get one Feed running correctly, before setting up the others.
I checked the guide for WPML before already and it doesn’t really help, because it is a completely different system from the plugins I use.
The problem I’m facing at the moment is, that my English/USD-Feed is showing the correct value, but with € suffix and some products are missing and on some products prices are missing.
Kind regards.

Hi Heiko,
Thanks for the clarification.
The feed link you shared earlier is not accessible anymore. Could you please provide the link to the English/USD feed where you’re seeing the € symbol and missing prices? This will allow us to check it directly and see what’s causing the currency issue.
Regarding the missing products, could you also point out a few product links so we can investigate and understand why they’re not showing in the feed?
For your reference, we also have a guide for using TranslatePress with feeds in multiple languages:
https://rextheme.com/docs/feed-in-multiple-languages-with-translatepress/Once we have the feed and product links, we can take a closer look and guide you on the fix.
Best regards,
I’m using the API feed option and there’s no shareable link. When I used the standard feed, other problems appeared — for example missing images and missing stock availability.
Right now products are uploading step by step and I think I’m on the right track, as the errors are becoming less frequent. I’ve created another API feed for GBP/EN and it works.
The only persistent issue is that prices show the correct values but display the € symbol. I suspect this is a Merchant Center problem. Do you have any idea how to fix it?
Ok, we understand you are using the Content API feature for the feed.
Could you please check on more time if the Prefix field is clear in the regular price attribute in that feed?
I’m using the Suffix field and the currency is correctly set to USD (For the USD/EN-Feed). I did everything following the screenshot you shared with me in your previous message.
Do you want me to try the Prefix field now?Hi Heiko,
Thanks for sticking with this and for all the detailed updates — that really helped.
We’ve identified the issue, and it’s on our side. In the Content API feed, even when a currency conversion plugin is active, and the values are correctly converted, our plugin currently always uses the store’s default currency symbol for the price. That’s why you’re seeing the correct USD amount but with the € symbol. This is only happening for the Content API feature.
So you didn’t miss any setting, and there’s no need to switch to the Prefix field — this isn’t a configuration issue.
The good news: we’re actively working on fixing this bug, and the fix is planned for an upcoming release. Once it’s released, the Content API feed will correctly reflect the currency symbol based on the feed configuration.
I’ll keep an eye on this and let you know as soon as the fix is live.
Thanks again for your patience, and sorry for the confusion this caused.
Best Regards,
Thank You
Thanks again for your patience and for sticking with us while we looked into this, we really appreciate your cooperation.
Good news: the issue has been fixed, and the update is now live.
In Product Feed Manager (Free) v7.4.60, released on December 31, 2025, we’ve resolved the problem where the Google Content API feed was showing the store’s default currency symbol instead of the feed-specific currency, even though the price value itself was correct. What was happening (quick recap):
When using the Content API feed with a currency conversion plugin, the amount was converted properly, but the plugin always pulled the default store currency symbol. This has now been corrected so the currency symbol follows the feed configuration as expected. What to do next:
Please update the plugin to version 7.4.60. You can do this directly from your WordPress dashboard or download the latest version from WordPress.org. After that, make sure you update the feed manually as well.Once you’ve updated, please provide us with your feedback and confirm if everything looks right on your end.
Best regards,
Thank you for the update. I updated the plugin and updated the feed as well. Now no products are shown at all.
In the next step I tried to setup a new feed, but the result remained the same. The feed is not showing any products.
