• When turning on the drag & drop function in order to reorder the products, it does not work properly and has serious bugs on it. I go to order the products by dragging them into the correct order, but when I go to the products page they are not in the order I specified. I then go back to the products tab on dashboard and they have changed, so I change it again into another order and still does not work, but when I go back to the products tab on the dashboard it looks like it was in the order the time before I changed them around. It’s just messing up the ordering and it a problem, especially when there are 100s of products I need to put into order. I am paid APIs for gold cart, etc.

  • I have been having the same issue for about a year. Did you ever receive help on this??

    same issue, any solutions??

    Hey guys.
So the issue is that the order is not “respected” in the Products page in the Admin dashboard ?
Does it show them in the correct order on the frontend ?

I get varying results on the front end, sometimes it matches the backend, sometimes it is exactly reversed. It seems that somewhat of a workaround (that seems to temporarily “reset” things) is to:

    1. Go to screen options, put in a lower number of items per page (like 25) and hit apply
    2. Drag and drop one item near the top of the list, then move it back to where it should be

After this (for a short while) both the front end and backend lists seem correct and matching. NOTE that even though there is a place for number of items per page, it is totally ignored, but it does force a refresh of the page.
