Product Detail Page (PDP) on WP Site

Hello, I have sucessfully set up Shopify on my WP Site. I migrated from WooCommerce. Clicking on my domain /products shows the shop store front end with all products. However when I click on the product I am deferred to myshop.myshopify.com//products/myproduct page. I also uploaded a new product with the smart phone app “shopify” with the same result. I was assuming that the Product Detail Pages were automatically created during the migration process or by uploading a new product with the “shopify” smart phone app. If there would be such an option that would improve the workflow greatly.

Maybe I am missing some settings. Thanks for any help.
