Hello.

I am attempting to create a Product Share email. I have added a number of product blocks (both single and multiple products) and most of them do not pull the product descriptions. The description shows as “No description” despite there being a description.

Hey @gamethrall sorry for the inconvenience and the late response. We are trying to replicate this issue on our end without success. We don’t have access to the screenshot link. Please send us your site URL and domain through the support@creativemail.com email address. Also, let us know which CreativeMail version you are actually using. In the meanwhile, we encourage to upgrade to the latest version and test if this problem persists and let us know.

According to support@creativemail.com, the plugin is not supposed to pull the product description. That has to be filled in by the user.

They have added it as an enhancement request for a future version.
