# Product Description text wrap

 * Hi all,
 * I’m stuck with trying to condense the text in my product descriptions while using
   the WPtouch plugin and viewing on a mobile device, specifically an android. At
   present the text disappears off the right hand side of the screen. I’ve tried
   using custom css to reduce the width of the description box, I’ve tried increasing
   the padding on the right hand side of the box and no change. Text reads fine 
   on an Apple device oddly.
 * The site isn’t published yet so I can’t post a link I’m afraid. Still developing!

 * Unfortunately we won’t be able to help without some additional information.
 * By default, Storefront’s product description box will wrap on mobile screens (
   you can see an example of how that looks right here: [https://d.pr/i/DC2H0o](https://d.pr/i/DC2H0o))
   so if that’s not the case for you, it could be due to the WPtouch plugin you’re
   using (or any other plugin, for that matter), or any custom CSS code.
 * If you can set up a test site where this issue occurs so we can take a look, 
   we’ll be able to troubleshoot it further.

 * Thanks for your reply.
 * I’ve just disabled all plugins except WPtouch and the issue still persists so
   i think it must be the culprit.
 * I do have custom css active but nothing that should affect the product description.
 * Forgive my ignorance as I’ve only been using this software for a week, but how
   do I set up a test site?

 * Have you tried just deactivating WPtouch to see if that fixes the issue?

 * For that, I would check with your hosting company as many offer staging/test 
   sites as part of their packages. Otherwise, you can use a free plugin such as
   [WP Staging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/) to set one up.

 * I have tried deactivation WPtouch but then I just get the desktop view which 
   is all over the place. Yes, I can configure the responsive modes manually but
   that takes a long time and I’m trying to avoid that at all costs.
 * Thanks for the tip on the test site, will see if I can get that working so you
   can see what’s happening.
