    I just spent some more time adding product descriptions via the product pages. I made the foolish mistake of going back to Smart manager and I checked the availability of the product description from there to find it gone yet again.

    I reloaded the product description from the product page again and it now seems to not disappear.

    If someone can’t get this thing to work properly I need my $97 back. The concept is great but it seems to cost me more in time that any savings I am getting. Seems I need to check everything twice to insure all worked properly.

    NOTE: I just updated to 3.5.1 could that have anything to do with my problem? If yes , how do I get back to the earlier version?

    PLEASE ADVISE.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    As checked Smart Manager is working perfectly fine on our side and we are unable to reproduce the issue of description getting set to blank on using Smart Manager faced by you.

    So, would request you to kindly create a wordpress admin account and forward us the credentials at ‘support@storeapps.org’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    I sent the admin credentials but have had to response. I hesitate to use SM for fear I am wasting my time, Need a reply. Thanks

    I just made the foolish mistake of trying again to use SM to update my product descriptions. Managed to waste another 2 hours. One product I did 3 separate times hoping to get a good result. Is anyone looking into this since I sent the admin credentials????

    Hi,

    Would like to update you that we had already replied to you on 14th Nov’13 to the email with which you had mailed us the login credentials.

    As checked on your site Smart Manager is working perfectly fine. Would like to update you that whenever you make any changes in the product description or any other fields from the WooCommerce side, you need to refresh the Smart Manager page once and then do the inline editing or any other editing that you wish to perform.

    Explaining further, if you do not refresh the Smart Manager page after making any changes from the WooCommerce side then the updated changes are not getting reflected and hence its creating an issue like causing the product description field to become blank.

    Request you to kindly have a recheck with Smart Manager once again and do let us know at ‘support@storeapps.org’ if the issue still persists.
