I have been trying to reach Webappick customer support but somehow your support form returns errors and cannot communicate with you.
We feed products to Facebook via your plugin.
Today, all product prices on FB Catalog have been converted to USD rates, instead of TRY (which is default).
We have verified that problem is originating from the XML feed. Not the FB side.
All caches have been cleared several times but the problem persists.Requesting support please.

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please give us the feed file links and a screenshot of your feed configuration. You can use Pasteboard.co or Dropbox to upload the screenshot and include the screenshot link here.
By the way; it seems that not only that feed, but all other feeds have the same situation.

Give a screenshot of the Content Settings section from the feed config page.
Also, go to CTX Feed > Status, click on the Copy Status button at the bottom of the page and paste the status here.

For multi-currency which plugin are you using? WPML or WooCommerce Currency Switcher by Realmag777?
WPML’s multi currency is off.

Got the issue. We are working on the issue. Hopefully, we will release a new version on Monday.

In the meantime, we have “downgraded” to FB pixel lol.
