    Hi @jcanefora – that looks like a problem with your theme. I recommend doing a conflict test.

    Issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront theme (it’s free)
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
    4. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.

    I had not specified it, but I have already performed these operations and the problem was still present.

    I only had the storefront theme as well as the elementor and woocommerce plugins activated.

    To take a better look, please provide the following:

    * Can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    * Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Sorry, but there are not Logs in System Status ..

    I don’t understand why product page doesn’t display correctly.

    Hi @jcanefora

    As of now there is only one product in the store and its image is not showing. Can you please load at least another product to check whether the behavior is for all products or one particular product?

    I only had the storefront theme as well as the elementor and woocommerce plugins activated.

    Can you please disable Elementor for a while and let us know the result? A proper conflict test includes disabling everything except for the theme and WooCommerce.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

    Thank for your reply.

    I had already tried calming Elementor down and it also wasn’t working, but maybe a cause of the cache.

    Indeed this time I disabled Elementor and it is working fine now. But I don’t have a layout.

    How can I find a solution to understand why Elementor is problematic?
    Do I need to contact Elementor support or do you have an idea?
