Product coupon + free shipping over 40

    Hello. I have free shipping over $40 and it works good until I added a coupon. When I added a coupon I also added another method that requires a minimum amount for a certain category product and coupon gets free shipping over $40 but it does not give free shipping as described. Any ideas on how

    I have a shipping method of over 40 gets free shipping and it works. I also have a 25% off coupon that works but when you use the coupon and spend over 40 you don’t get free shipping. Can someone tell me how to fix this please?

    hi @cboysworld,

    If I understand correctly, even after adding the coupon code, your total cart order is over $40 but free shipping doesn’t show? Could you send screenshots of your coupon settings, free shipping settings and the cart page?

    Also, please do a full theme and plugin conflict test.
