While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.
If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

If I use shortcode [woopspro_products_slider] the slider works but shows 3 products only, I would like it to show 4

I needed to convey the seriousness of this, is all. I know you did not ask for that and I said so.

- Number of products slides at a time:
slide_to_scroll=”4″ (Controls number of products rotate at a time)
and check again if it works!! we have today published a new version of of the plugin which includes support for changing slides number for mobile/iPad/laptops/desktop devices.

It’s the same and this is not working. I mean in my first example I pasted 2 but I’m actually using number 4 as sugested in the same post:
“When I use slide to scroll = 4, I can seee a slide with 3 product but arrows not working.”
