product category widget is messed up! What is wrong?

I’m using the wp e-commerce plug in for my store. I wanted to place my categories on the left sidebar, so I used the product categories widget to do this. When you click on the category in the left sidebar, the page is different than all the rest. The background seems to be missing and doesn’t show my products just words you can barely see. Can anyone help me with this problem? Also, when you click on STORE, I have 2 test products in there. If you click the products title, to take you to the product page, once again the background seems to be missing. The right information is there, but can’t read the text without background in place.
