Support » Plugin: Printify for WooCommerce » Product Categorization and Ordering is a Pain

  • Hi there,

I’m getting my shop set up for the first time. We’re doing 32 categories of products with 16-17 products per category for our launch, and I have to say that my job of categorizing and labeling the products as they are published to the site is made extremely difficult by the limitations of the plugin. All that appears is a checkbox for each product, where usually Woocommerce lets you see a thumbnail, the product title, a list of categories and tags associated. I understand not being able to edit the products in much more detail for various reasons, but at least being able to identify them from a long list of checkboxes, otherwise it’s impossible.

Also, when things are published to the site immediately they go into the “Uncategorized” category, which I’ve set up so that it doesn’t display on my site. However, for some reason I can’t remove products from that category even when I add them to a different one, because I don’t have the ability anywhere to reverse or remove existing attributes like tags/categories.

This is very frustrating and will make organization as the site grows a huge headache.
