I previously added product categories (including a parent category and some sub-categories), and assigned all products to those categories. When I look at the products now, though, they’re not all assigned to categories. And when I look in the Categories area, NO categories are listed. If I try to create categories with the same names, it adds a “-2” to the end, so I know they exist behind the scenes.
Has anyone run into this before/do you have any suggestions?
