  • For some reason this product (and a few others) won’t show in our product catalogue.

    We have checked the product feed URL which the pixel generates and can see it here, but for some reason it will not show in the fb product catalogue? Not even as a disapproved product or product with an error – it just isn’t there at all!

    When we view this product page whilst tracking the events in facebook we see the following message: –

    Active Issue:
    Unmatched Products

    ISSUE
    The product parameter IDs provided cannot be found in the catalog connected to your ViewContent event. This may cause key features of dynamic ads to not be available.
    SOLUTION
    Confirm that your catalog contains the product IDs. You’ll also need to check the ViewContent event in your website’s pixel code and ensure the ID matches the one in the catalog.

    Any ideas why this won’t show in our product catalogue? I’m at a loss.

    Hi,

    apologize for the delay with my response.

    I checked your feed XML and the product is properly in. So, now I’m wondering: have you enabled the automatic upload from the product catalog feed in Pixel Caffeine? If yes, please check that the product catalog is correctly created in your business account, that it’s connected to the Pixel ID that you are using (check here) and that inside the catalog there is the product feed populated.
