Product Cannot Be Purchased

    Hi!

    I’m using ThemeCaliber’s Ecommerce WordPress Theme for http://www.fieportal.com. However, I can’t seem to checkout my purchases when I tried. It was working fine a few days ago. But now, it keeps displaying an error saying that the item has been removed from my cart because it cannot be purchased. I didn’t change anything since. The stocks are available and the price is set, but it won’t push through.

    Customer Journey:
    Put items in cart > Cart > Proceed to Checkout > Mandatory log in > Place Order > Order Confirmation (Thank You Page)

    The shop is exclusive to our resellers and franchisees. This portal is how they will order stocks from the commissary.

    I tested it and the transactions are no longer successful. I am not being led to the Thank You Page.

    Please help me.

    Hello there,
    That error message usually shows when the product is marked as Private or Draft.

    Please, make sure that the product status is Published.
