Product catalogue? Tips?

Hi.
I am about to create a product calalogur for our company. Its stainless steel pipe couplings. We might have 500 each with 10 different dimensions from 6mm to 42mm.
Each dimension then have its own charactreristica, max pressure, exploding pressure and so on.
In traditional catalogues they ar presented in crosstables but I would lik to make a nice wordpress solution. What do you recommend.
I have been thiniking abot wp e-commerce but without shopping function, havent tried though.

I want to present this in a nice, structured and searchable way, do you have any ideas?
