Product availability

For the In stock and Out of Stock notice, that’s already included by WooCommerce in default.

For the delivery dates, I guess there is still no plugin for that, but you can make your own by using some other plugins and a little bit of coding. Try creating a metabox for it. You can copy the Woocommerce templates to your theme and add the field there, preferably below the In stock text.

You should be able to find it at yourtheme/woocommerce/single-product/price.php
