 * How can I related products by related attribute? What would be the shortcode?

 * It seems that I can’t exclude attributes either. Is there any plan to improve
   this? I would be willing to pay for such imrpovement.

   products based on the current product or the id attribute.

 * There is no shortcode to do that.
    What you can do is to create a product with
   the attribute you need and use that product’s id to the shortcode.
