    Hi there @rz1990,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re facing an issue with your attributes not displaying.

Do you remember making any changes to your site before the issue started, such as updating or installing new plugins?

In the meantime, I recommend the following:

    1. Clear your website and browser cache.
    2. Deactivate all plugins apart from WooCommerce to see if the issue persists.
    3. Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront to see if the issue is theme-related.

You can find a detailed guide on how to run a conflict test from this link. Please be sure to have a full site backup before proceeding with the mentioned steps.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi there @rz1990,

Please note that this is a public forum and all internet users have access to this forum, therefore, sharing of site credentials is prohibited.

To try and troubleshoot the issue even further, can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and regenerate the product attributes lookup table? Once that’s done, clear transients.

Let us know if this helps.

    Hi @rz1990,

From the error logs, it seems there’s a conflict with Elementor / Royal Elementor Addons. However, those seem related to the add-to-cart feature, so maybe they’re a separate issue. Just to be sure, though, can you try temporarily deactivating those and see if the issue persists?

Furthermore, I’d love to understand the issue better. How do you mean exactly when you say the product attributes are not showing? Is it on the front end, back end, or both?

Could you please provide us with a screenshot so we can see what you are describing?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

    Hey, @rz1990!

Thanks for trying and for sharing the screenshot.

I checked the product on the screenshot and I’m able to see the variations.

Was the issue solved or are you still not able to see the variations?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
