# Product Approval

 * I hesitated about something, but hopefully it is not what I feared :(. I have
   been trying to customize the Dokan plugin through source code for a long time,
   even though I am not a developer, but I have a question;
    Does the seller send
   an e-mail, such as product approval, to the customer after sending the product?
   In other words, I received the product, I confirm the order.
 * I hope there is such a feature. I loved the Dokan plugin, I got used to it, I
   love the support team 🙂

 * Thank you for supporting. This means a lot to us. About your query…when a seller
   completes an order customer gets an email notification. Also, sellers can add
   notes inside the order details page and the customer will receive the notes via
   email. However, a customer can not confirm the order after receiving it.

 * Hello.
    Is there a way for the seller to send a notification or message to the
   customer in their dashboard (no by email) upon order completion?
