# Product Add New / Edit Errors

 * I’m using hosted WordPress (Bluehost.com) with WooCommerce and the Bonum theme,
   though this issue appears with all themes I’ve tried. When I click the Product
   | Add New link, 4 boxes with an error message appear, stating that my site does
   not support the woocommerce/product_tab.
 * When I try to Edit a Product, the Editor doesn’t show the WooCommerce Single 
   Product Box, so I cannot truly add or edit any Products to my shop. What does
   appear, the standard Box visual editor, allows me to add and configure new boxes,
   but everything I add/edit shows “below the fold” of the invisible, un-editable
   WooCommerce Single Product Box.

 * I understand that you are receiving an error message when trying to add/edit 
   products on your site, correct?
 * To better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us
   a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more
   effectively?

   You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
 * Meanwhile, I replicated the scenario on my personal site running on the [default Storefront theme](https://woocommerce.com/storefront/),
   however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end as I can add or edit products
   successfully.
 * For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the [default Storefront theme](https://woocommerce.com/storefront/)
   and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, try to add or edit a product and see 
   if you are successful afterwards?
 * If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party
   plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend
   cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described
   on this [guide](https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/) 
   without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging
   facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it 
   using the free [WP Staging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/) plugin.
 * If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be 
   best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
 * If this did not resolve the issue, please share your **System Status Report**,
   that will help us further troubleshoot.
 * You can find it via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select `Get system report` and then`
   Copy for support`. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
 * If you could also provide the **fatal error logs** (if any) under `WooCommerce
   > Status > Logs`.

 * So my issue is that both the Add New and the Edit Product pages don’t edit the
   template/blocks actually used by the site to display products. Because the editor
   doesn’t show and allow editing of the actual blocks used, I cannot load products
   into my shop.

 * The code to remove the template hook did take away the 4 error message blocks,
   but did nothing to enable/resolve the editing issue (where the Edit Screen doesn’t
   display the Woocommerce Single Product Block), making actual Product adding /
   editing impossible.

 * It would be great if you share your System Status Report, found under **_WooCommerce
   > Status_**, on your site.
 * And please share a copy of any fatal error log found under **_WooCommerce > System
   Status > Logs_** (if any error is present).
