# Product Activation Key

 * I am not familiar with setting up a webpage and I am trying to do this on my 
   own, I am at a point where I have to click on Product Activation to get a Product
   Key to continue and It Does Not give me that option. I paid for and installed
   Theme Forest and I am Stuck, I received help from a tech support but not for 
   that site. I sent in an email to the theme forest support team and have not heard
   back from them at all.
    Can anyone Please Help Me? Robin

 * – For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on
   their site. They cannot support their customers here.
    – As the author is aware,
   commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you 
   there. Also, forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so
   they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.
