# Processing your payment hang

 * Hi,
 * I just found your plugin and if I can get it to work it will be a huge help!
 * I set up the plugin per the instructions and have also set up a payment page.
   However, when I enter an amount and click submit, it redirects to [http://<mydomain>/wp-content/plugins/globe-gateway-e4/confirm.php](http://<mydomain>/wp-content/plugins/globe-gateway-e4/confirm.php)
   and it just says “Processing your $ x.00 payment , please wait…” and it never
   goes any further.
 * I see that the plugin works for a previous version of WordPress but 4.3 is not
   specified. Any idea why this might be happening?

 * I uninstalled the plugin and then installed it again via the marketplace. I got
   the same result.

 * Hi,
 * I appreciate your support. I downloaded the beta and installed it, generated 
   a new HTML table, and pasted that into my payments page. It still seems to hang
   on “Processing your x payment…”
