Processing refunds via PayPal

    Hello,

    I have a question regarding standard PayPal payment methods in Woocommerce.

    I am using Dokan’s multivendor plugin and would like vendors to be in charge of PayPal refunds & disputes of their sales and not me (admin).

    Does that mean I should not fill out the following or not?:
    Under API credentials,it says:
    Enter your PayPal API credentials to process refunds via PayPal.

    So in this case, I would like to recommend you to contact the Dokan support team so that they can help you with this. Here is the link to their support:
