# Processing Refunds from WooCommerce

 * Hello,
 * Is there no way to process refunds from WooCommerce? If not, then once the refund
   is processed from your Dashboard, do I have to manually change order status in
   WooCommerce?

 * Refunding should work via the WooCommerce UI, if you use the Refund button under
   Items in the edit view:

 * When a refund is requested via the Mollie.com dashboard, that is not processed
   in WooCommerce. I’ve added an issue for that feature:

 * Thanks this link works. I noticed 2 buttons for refunds. “Manual” and “refund
   with Mollie”. Can you please let me know the difference?

 * This is default WooCommerce functionality. Manually means you need to do the 
   changes at the payment processor yourself. Via Mollie means that WooCommerce 
   will send the instructions for the refund to Mollie, so it’s done automatically.
