# Processing Order E-mail Question

 * We noticed a character appear in our Order Processing e-mail as shown in this
   screenshot: [https://imgur.com/Cuj07SF](https://imgur.com/Cuj07SF).
 * Does anyone know what this may be and if it’s not relevant, how it can be removed
   please?

 * Thanks and I was away this past weekend.
 * I reviewed the various solutions available however I will not be taking any further
   action in this regard as it is a relatively small issue and the website is very
   active and so cannot have any downtime.
