# Processing Files & Database Please Wait…

 * My Installer keeps processing. Nothing happens and I cannot continue. I really
   need urgent help. This is a complicated situation due to an urgent deadline and
   not enough access to the old website. TRherefore I used Duplicator for the first
   time as a way to migrate the website [http://www.uitzendbureau-rivierenland.nl](http://www.uitzendbureau-rivierenland.nl)
   from the old hoster to the new hoster. I do not have access to PHPadmin and I
   do not have a local copy of the website. So the only thing I now have is the 
   Duplicator files to work with. The file is more then 700MB I don’t no if that
   is the reason it doesn’t work. Can some please help if I can do something with
   the setting or something else to migrate this website

 * If your working with a package that large you will probably want to perform a
   manual extraction. Basically you extract the archive.zip file yourself on the
   server. Then on step 1 of the installer under advanced options you can check 
   the “Manual Extraction” checkbox and this will skip the part where PHP tries 
   to extract the zip file…

 * Hello Cory,
 * I am having the same problem (never ending install) but when I tried a manual
   install, there was no change, after 30-45 minutes it still claims to be “processing
   files & database”. Note that in the past (over a month ago), I was able to completely
   install my 600MB-700MB website within a few minutes on this same server without
   any problems.

 * Hey Ender,
 * In most cases it wouldn’t ever take that long… Usually past 5 minutes there is
   a timeout somewhere… It seems like your server may have timed out via PHP/Apache/
   MySQL. You might try and create the package with the mysqldump option (See settings
   menu in plugin page) if you have a large DB also checkout this section on the
   FAQs it may help you isolate the timeout:
