Support » Plugin: Wordpress WooCommerce Salesforce Connector » Processes logged in PHP Slow log

    Hi, does this plugin still have support?

    I found some critical issues on your plugin that are impacting our sales as the plugin is taking too long to complete some processes and our customers have to click twice on the Pay button, which is creating duplicates on our WC Orders and SFDC Opportunities. We detected it on our PHP Slow logs, here’s an example:

    [02-Sep-2020 15:05:58] [pool www] pid 228
    script_filename = /code/web//index.php
    [0x00007ff984220380] curl_exec() /code/web/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-salesforce-connector-restapi/includes/admin/class-sfconnector.php:341
    [0x00007ff9842202a0] insertSObject() /code/web/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-salesforce-connector-restapi/includes/class-woosfrest.php:2723
    [0x00007ff98421fc50] wooSfExportOrders() /code/web/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-salesforce-connector-restapi/includes/class-woosfrest.php:3435
    [0x00007ff98421fbc0] wooSfRestNewOrder() /code/web/wp/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:287

    Are you planning on release an update soon? It’s been 10 months without any update, which worries me a lot as I paid for the Pro version.

    I already did, and I already paid for the extended support within my account dashboard (6 months support – $99.50), but now you are asking me to pay $200 to get support, which of course is not appropriate, to have one price for support in the dashboard, but then charge for a higher cost to give support.

    What else do I need to do to get support? Please don’t ask me to pay $200 cause I won’t, I already paid for the support in my account dashboard.

    Hello @nelsonamaya

    When you initiated the payment, the charges got incorrectly mentioned based on some percentage calculation. Though you need not to worry, if you have correctly paid the amount that is mentioned to you, you’ll get the support. We appreciate if you can further communicate over your support ticket.
