# Process Shortcodes in HTML Email

* I have set up Shortcodes to display in the HTML section of the form, and then
receive these shortcodes in the the email notification.
* However, upon receiving the email notifications, the shortcodes are un-fulfilled
* Any solution here?

* Currently, we don’t have the feature to process shortcodes in form notification
emails. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar
to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
