# Process Owner?

 * Had some problem with WF scanning error and proceed to check diagnostic and found
   out that under **PHP Environment > Process Owner** is **Unavailable**.
 * What are the steps to resolve this issues?

 * What is the scanning error you received? Even if the process owner is unavailable,
   this will not cause scans to not complete.
 * Can you send over your diagnostics to `wftest@wordfence.com`? You can do this
   by going into Wordfence -> Tools -> Diagnostics -> Send Report by Email. Make
   sure to put `delonnkoh` to as the Ticket ID.

 * It is scanning properly now but for the past few days this is the acitivity:
