Proceeding post pulls up into the preceeding post

Hello All,

I am a noob trying to get the posts on the homepage to not overlap.

http://www.stillwaterdwellings.com/whats-happening/

As you can see, the ‘proceeding’ post overlaps or intrudes into the ‘preceeding’ ones, especially when there’s some photo in either one.

I looked this up on this forum there are similar issues but none have solved this issue. I apologize in advance if there is a post exactly addressing this!
