[Resolved] 'Proceed to Checkout' issues
1. On the first page, for state/county/province it lists all, what I believe to be, United Kingdom areas. This is when the US is selected as country.
2. On the ‘confirm your details’ page, the ‘proceed to checkout’ button is toward the very bottom, lots of blank space in between, making it look like the button does not exist. Same with ‘Proceed to Paypal’ button on following page.
