Problems woth number of votes

RatingWidget’s cookie identification is the default visitor identification method for all plans.
I suspect that cookies are disabled on their browser which allowed someone to vote multiple times.

However, we have another visitor identification method which uses the IP address of the voter, but this is only available for our Professional plan customers or higher.
