Anyone know what may be causing this and what I can do to solve it? They use what they call a ‘Smart Converter’, but it’s not all that smart. I am surprised by the lack of professional courtesy shown here. * I appreciate the efforts of the WordPress development community but am continually dismayed by the sorry state of the support. That too is dismaying. * Was there a question we could help you with or was that an editorial post? * At a guess, you’ve attempted to paste youtube code directly into the wysiwyg editor and found that it ate half the code. The typical suggestion is one of the following: 1) Download and install one of the plugins that makes integration of videos from Youtube, google video, etc. much easier (I’ve heard good things about Viper’s plugin) * or * 2) Visit Users -> Your Profile. Scroll to the bottom and uncheck the option for the VRE (aka wysiwyg) editor. Create the post, paste in the code and Save it.
