You were right. On mobile phone (using mobile data) the website works.
What is your IP address? there is an anti-bot mechanism on our firewall which might have blocked your access, which may happen for several reasons. Given the trace you might even be connected on a single IP with other people, which is rarely a good idea.
It also blocks me on my phone and on my pc.
Is it possible to add a custom language with this plugin? I would like to localize on country not language. I would like to have flags for all english speaking. Im thinking it will be better for SEO and our company will be selling products and have partners in several english speaking countries.

I am not sure how this will be in terms of SEO, but its your site and you are free to try anything you want with it, adding languages is done manually through modifying the constants file
