Problems with Yoast

After updating the Yoast plug-in, I cannot find the urls relative to other languages on its sitemap. Before this update they were all visible.

Furthermore, using the google webtool I had this message:

“Google has detected that the tag rel-alternate-hreflang was implemented incorrectly on some pages of your site. Specifically, it seems that there are wrong codes for languages and geographic areas, or that there is a wrong bidirectional link (if a page A is linked to another page B through the hreflang tag, there must be a link also from page B to page A). Google uses hreflang attributes to display the appropriate language or URL for the users in the search items.
Additional language targeting or region will not be available until the correction of this error.”

Could you help me and explain what I am supposed to do in order to solve this problem?
