# Problems with wpStoreCart

 * Having a few issues with the wpStoreCart;
    1. I have purchased the wpStoreCart
   Pro version and for some reason, the website does not recognize our purchase 
   and will not allow us to create support tickets. 2. We cannot get purchases to
   finalize when trying to process they go to the wp-content/plugins/wpstorecart/
   wpstorecart/cart/wpsc-gateway.php page and hang at a white screen, 3. No address
   shown for any purchases. No customer information other than email is show and
   we do not receive any receipts via email or on screen. 4. The add to cart button
   does not work from the store front page, only from the item page. 5. When upgrading
   to the most recent version, we cannot create, add new products, or add an image
   to the product. the items just stay as draft and the names are not updated.
