After installing WP Super Cache via JetPack, I get the following error message when using Cache Tester:

Fetching http://deluxevoyages.com/blog/ to prime cache: OK

    Fetching first copy of http://deluxevoyages.com/blog/:
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/deluxe/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache.php on line 900

Any idea what is going on and how to fix this?

    Thanks!

  • Unfortunately the plugin can’t access your homepage. I thought I had fixed this error showing up but obviously hadn’t. Just manually test the front page by reloading it in your browser while logged out. Make sure the timestamp in the source code at the end of the page remains the same.

    Thank you for your response.

As you suggested, I checked the time stamp and it remains the same. It looks like the error only happens when I use the Cache Tester in Dashboard.
The blog site is working fine with Super Cache (have not found any problems yet).

Is that your experience with this error as well? That the error is contained in the Cache Tester but does not effect blog site performance?

Thank you very much for your help and for this nice Plug-In.

Yup, it has no affect on your site’s performance.
