I have the same issue, most fields are disabled and I cannot select the options.
Same issue here. Just upgraded, hoping bugs would be worked out.

Hey everyone, been working on a fix for this and I’ve got a release candidate in Git that should get it working.

It will require manually updating from the zip file but if anyone is able to test to make sure it works on different sites that would be very helpful.
I’m planning on releasing the update early next week. I’ve tested all the options and it is working well for me but I don’t want to push it out on the weekend in case there may be a conflict with a version of WP I’ve not tested or some other plugin.

Can confirm that 0.9RC is working fine on WP4.91 / G2.53 on Siteground running PHP7.0

Everyone else, GFWA 0.9 just went out and I’ve tested the update in a couple of production sites just to make sure it is working with the SVN update (sometimes I miss adding new files or whatever and it doesn’t work so I wanted to make sure aside from the manual git tests I had already done).
This update resolves the reported issue. I’m going to mark this thread as resolved but please let me know if it doesn’t work for you.
