problems with widget installation

I have been trying to install the widgets plugin for the sidebar. And I have the same drag and drop problem that seems to be bothering a lot of people!

I uploaded the scriptaculous folder in the wp-includes/js directory as some other threads had mentioned and yet there is no change.

The theme we have is the Andreas09 theme (widget enabled)

1) What could be the problem? Should I be typing some code somewhere?

2) I cleared the cache and the problem doesn’t seem to go!

Please help 🙂
