In most cases, it could be that you’ve not added a price to the affected variables – WooCommerce will usually not show variables that do not have a price.
*Sidenote*: Seems your menu has so many repetitive items of shop, basket, checkout, and my account pages. You could tidy that up by removing the unnecessary pages via WP-Admin → Appearance → Menus.
