# Problems with updating widgets

 * Hi all, I’ve run into a very frustrating problem regarding updating widgets both
   in my sidebar and footer. Every time I try to update something, say with the 
   text widget or any widget, and I refresh the page, nothing happens. It still 
   stays the same as it was before. If I re-order the widgets by dragging and dropping,
   the same thing nothing happens. This just started happening this evening. The
   most recent plug in I installed was the slickr flickr plugin and that too won’t
   update. I tried installing/deactivating; nothing works. The only way I found 
   I could get the widgets to update is if I went to each page one-by-one and actually
   hit “update” on each page. Then when I’d refresh, it would work. But clearly 
   this isn’t normal.

   theme

 * To see, I’d change theme to a default one and see if it continues.
