Problems with translation files

The plugin is normal, but the developers do not fix the error with translations.
In the directory /seller-shop/orders, where the control panel is located, there is a menu at the top. There are “All” and “Refund Requested” to them, the ability to translate into the language of another country has not been added.

I have already seen a similar review even from a person who bought the Pro version of the plugin. He writes that he told the developers this a long time ago, but they do not react to it.

I also miss this translation. This does not give the opportunity for good use of the product to users of the site where this plugin is installed.
Developers, hear me, this needs to be fixed.
