Hi! I’m following up here and also writing you an email at the address you provided, just in case it’s easier to troubleshoot this way.
I’m having an issue specifically with the shortcode for the form. The problem only happens when I use the shortcode; I’ve tried other forms and even embedded the Doppler form within an iframe, and in those cases, the popup works fine.
The issue gets worse when someone’s logged in—the popup starts reloading repeatedly. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi @xoxgregxox, thanks for the feedback.
We will keep looking into this and keep you posted!
Any log related to this error you could provide us would be really helpfull.
Hello @xoxgregxox ,
As of the latest version of Doppler Forms (v2.4.3), we have introduced support for Elementor pop-ups!
We’d love to hear your thoughts or any feedback you may have.
